100% skullmasher drop rate?

What is the drop rate from nel for the skullmasher? Every time I have farmed him I have gotten one, no matter the play through. Is it just super high or is it 100%? Not that I’m complaining

I don’t think it’s 100%. I don’t get one every time.

Neither do I bus I do almost always get a sniper of some rarity
