Thunderball fists drop

I want to get the Thunderball fists, but I don’t want to do the whole run to captain flynt. Is there any easier way to get it?

Trading is probably the easiest unless you want to roll the dice and hope for a world drop.

edit - forgot about Sparky. Does he drop the 'fists?

He does. Happend to me once while playing HH5.

Sparky, or what if you exit behind Flynt’s place, then re-enter and save/quit there. Would it spawn you right on his ship?

No. After you complete the story mission the boat disappears
