Hi, I bought this game a few days ago for PC through Steam and the only DLC I bought for it is the Ultimate Vault Hunter Upgrade Pack 2. Since there’s another Ultimate Vault Hunter Upgrade, I want to know if it matters that I bought the second one first, like will it still add 10 levels or not.

Both add 10 levels, so you’ll need both to get to level 70. Otherwise you’ll stop at level 60.
