Yes. Better than my theory that Mordecai just have thin bones.

Besides, any human bones look thin if to strip off the flesh.
And If on the early stages Mordecai had not the same skeleton as the current one, it would be not realistically.
But technically on the borderlands one does not simply have the same skeleton with which one was born, considering how many times they use New-U and Fast Travel stations… but all the new printed bodies are indistinguishable copies of those which was annihilated… so THE OWL THEORY is the most logical indeed!
