Nope but it can be 68.
Do side missions scale up after 2nd playthrough?
No, but I think Scar can drop TK’s wave.
Yeah mission rewards don’t scale in Bl1 (in Knoxx they do though), but Scar drops T.K waves after you turn in the mission.
Highest that can drop is level 68.
Fun Fact: since it’s a Dahl shotgun it can spawn with the Bulldog mag, which is the best varient. It’s really rare though.
