occasionally when i kill something I am now getting an electricity sound and a blue flashing arc. It won’t go away until i travel out of range, then it starts again with another kill. This just started within the last few days? Any help is appreciated.
Are you using a vibra pulse?

This can happen with the Vibra-Pulse, but other things can trigger it as well. Arcing electric beams will be left behind, with their insanely irritating sounds continuing forever. You can get rid of that earache, at least: Go into the inventory, and quickly swap the weapons view (like from “All” to “Price”, for example); then go back to the game. The noise should be gone. The electric beams will remain.
