How can i get bad guys to level up faster?

I’m playing a character I had abandoned a long time ago, I’m trying him in out in a DLC. The bad guys are about 6 or 7 levels below my level.

Is there anything I can do to make them get up to my characters level?

any help would be appreciated

Start UVHM. All enemies level with you in UVHM, but won’t in Normal and True.

If you are not playing in UVHM, then the answer would be ‘No’. Enemies only level with you in UVHM.
