I took this screenshot literally a year ago, and am just now posting it with the question: is it possible to reach these lockers? They’re in the sunken room right behind the chest there. This is in Vorago Solitude (with the red arrow on the left side of the map).
I don’t think so, all 4 walls and the floor have no potential opening. So its probably just for aesthetic reasons, or its cut content.
