What is glitched about it?
Celestial claptrap mod doesn’t drop,correct ?

Correct the only Legendary Class Mods that drop for Claptrap are the Eridian Vanquisher and the Chronicler of Elpis as a reward in the Holodome. As far as I know there is no way to get the Celestial Fragtrap Mod without Gibbed.

This is the short circuit class mod…drops apparently, but what is glitched about it. Stats ?

Short circuit goes to purple rarity only. The orange one drops instead of the celestial fragtrap, which is the glitch.
